Characters: OOC!Malik [[info]sexayegyptass]. OOC!Mana [[info]hyper_magician]

Setting: Ishtar house, at like... six AM... XD

Rating: PG, maybe?

Summary: I don't really know how to summarize this; a variety of things are discussed. O.o; But basically, Malik is pissed after some all-night insult war over IM with this 'Varon' guy, screams with rage, and wakes Mana up.

The hyper magician...wasn't so hyper today. She was sleeping! Oh! She couldn't go to sleep, but ah, it did get to her. "Zzzzz..."

Malik, unfortunately, had yet to sleep, for he had been awake all night exchanging insults over instant messenger with some 'Varon' guy. He was getting rather frustrated with it, too - every time he'd come up with something decent, he'd just recieve one that plowed his into the ground.

When he recieved a particularly nasty insult directed at his boyfriend, Malik completely lost it, and let out a loud cry of anguish that could've waken up half the city. (Fortunately for him, Isis was already awake and at work by this time...)

That cry made Mana wake up. Jolting up in her bed, she went to Malik's room and knocked on the door. Blinking a little, she said. "Malik-kun...?" Half-groggily also.

Malik now had a rather impressive bruise on his forehead from where he'd slammed it into his desk. Pouting, he raised his head and looked towards his door, rubbing his forehead. "What?" he squeaked, feeling a rather large headache start to develop.

Mana said. "It is me, Mana. Would you like to discuss as to of why you gave a cry of anguish with me?" She blinked a little, and then smiled a little.

Malik stood up and walked over to the door, opening it up to let Mana in. "I was having an insult war with this guy online and he dissed my boyfriend. It pissed me off." He sat down on his bed, crossing his arms and pouting again. "I don't even remember what it was anymore since I got offline after that. But uh, sorry about that yell. Did I wake you up?"

Mana stepped in and then she said. "Oh, it is no worry. You did wake me up, but luckily, you have someone to talk to, so why don't you do that?" Mana said, with another smile. "Oh, let me guess, is it that Varon person?" She said, with a brow up.

"Uh huh," Malik replied, nodding. "That guy has a major attitude problem, I swear." He shook his head in exasperation, laying back on his bed.

Mana sat on whatever remaining bed area there was, as she said. "Yes, he does. He does not smile at all. Nor does he know of what happiness the world has." Mana said, with a wistful sigh.

Malik glanced over at where Mana was sitting, before staing up at the ceiling. He could tell he was tired, because one simply did not see colors on a white ceiling. "... I bet he's just being a poser, trying to get attention or something. It's what a lot of those 'goth' people do. 'Oh, I'm going to cut myself so everyone will shower me with compliments and reasons not to do it!' ... He's so faking it."

"I would agree." Mana said, with a nod. "Do know that I am able to use magic and I could do something..." that's not against Mahaado-sama's words...

"Heh... if we ever run into that guy in real life, could you put a zipper on his mouth or something?" Malik asked in a joking tone of voice. "At least it'd keep his emo-whining to a minimum."

"Hm, probably. And, heh.." Mana shook her head, with a smile. "You are funny, Malik-san."

Malik snorted. "Am I?" he asked, looking at Mana again. "Now that's something I haven't heard in a while."

"Yes, you are!" Mana said, with another bright smile, and a thumbs up. "Well, I am glad that I offered that compliment."

A small grin formed on Malik's face. "Thanks, I guess," he said. "Glad to know that I amuse people."

"You are welcomed! And, you do more than amuse, you do comedy." Mana said, with another smile.

"Ooh. I should prepare a stand-up act or something," Malik said, sitting up. "But I'd probably end up just spouting off every dirty joke I know..."

"Do not let your thoughts or other people damage your spirit. Amazingly enough, my apathetic Mahaado-sama told me that. And, you probably would not. Tell me a joke that you know." Mana said, with another smile.

"Uh." Malik bit his lip, trying to think of something that wouldn't give Mana any mental scars, or something that she would at least understand. Most of the jokes he knew were rather vulgar and would most likely remove of Mana's remaining innocence. In fact, the tamest thing he could come up with off the top of his head was a funny story from a few months before.

"... Okay, this one time, a bunch of us are gathered somewhere - I forget where, I think it's Yuugi's place or something - and for some weird reason, Kaiba keeps coming and going because we're giving him mental scars or something. But anyway. He finally comes back for a while, but he's completely turning all of us out. And he's all like 'I wish I could have a normal conversation with you people'. So then I'm all like, 'look at it this way, Kaiba. We've all had something other than sticks up our asses'."

Mana blinked at his preperation, as she then awaited.

A sudden giggle was out of Mana, as she nearly fell back onto the bed, holding her stomach. "Oh, my!!" She couldn't stop giggling!

Malik raised an eyebrow, smirking to himself. He was surprised that Mana even understood it, but he couldn't help but giggle a little himself at the memory. Ohh, that night was fun.

Mana then said. "Ooh..." She stopped, with holding her hurting stomach from laughing so much. "Haa...okay."

"Y'think I got a shot at it?" Malik asked, his smirk turning into a grin.

"I think you definitely have a shot at it, Malik-kun!" Mana said, with a cheery smile.

Malik laid back down on the bed, crossing his arms underneath his head. "Heh. I'll keep that in mind then," he said, stifling a yawn.

"Alright! Do you at least feel better from that jerk?" Mana asked Malik, with an eyebrow up.

"Yeah, a bit better now." Malik glanced over at Mana, before looking back up at the ceiling. "I wouldn't wanna run into the guy in a dark alley, though..."

"You are welcome. And, if you meet him in an alleyway, I am sure that I can fight him off--like a good apprentice magician." Mana said, with a nod.

"I dunno, he prolly has a bunch of sharp objects or something." Malik contemplated for a few moments before smirking. "I wonder what would happen if you set his hair on fire..."

Mana blinked at Malik, as she said an incantation in her head, and a flame appeared out of her hand, but it remained in her palm.

Malik sat up again, also blinking. He eyed the flame in Mana's hand for a few seconds, almost thinking that he was hallucinating. He reached up and rubbed at one of his eyes, as if it were playing tricks on him or something, but common sense told him that it the flame was actually there. "...whoa," he muttered after a couple of moments. "Cool."

"It is easy--I taught myself how to do it. The lazy Mahaado-sama doesn't teach me and would much rather want to discuss tips on stuff with the ladies..." Mana sighed a little.

"...oi," Malik muttered, wrinkling his nose. "What about the other Mahaado?"

"My Priest from my era is apathetic...he is lazy..." Mana said, with a little sigh.

"...so he just doesn't do jack squat?"

"Yep, basically." Mana said, with a nod.

"...tch. Some priest," Malik said. "At that rate, you'd be better off just teaching yourself."

"I am being taught by the other Mahaado...the nice one." Mana said, with a big smile.

Malik covered his mouth with his hand, stifling another yawn. "That's good, I guess."

"Anyway...I have been dared to not have sugar for three days...but...I want my sugar!" Mana whimpered a little.

"Ouch, that's gotta suck," Malik said, wincing a little. "I couldn't go three days without some form of sugar, I'll be surprised if you manage it."

"It does stink! I mean, I need my sugar to be hyper! It is like taking my ka away!" Mana said, with a sigh and a whimper. "I will not manage it--I do know that." Mana said, with a little sigh..

Malik bit his lip in thought; he smirked after a few moments. "What they don't know won't hurt them," he said.

Mana blinked a little at him. "What do you mean, Malik-kun?" She said, with a little blink.

"Wellllll... you got this dare on the internet, right? Unless whoever dared you implanted video cameras in the house, which I'm pretty sure they haven't, they wouldn't know if you snuck a cookie or something," Malik explained, the devious smirk still on his face.

Mana blinked, and then she nodded quickly. "Yes, I did. And, oh! I get it." And the same devious smirk crossed her face as well.

"Right, so. You can go off and do that, I'm about to fall asleep here... staying awake all night exchanging insults isn't a very good idea," Malik said around another yawn.

"Oh, okay. Thank you!" Mana said, with smiling. "I hope that Varon boy get what he deserves, one day or another..." Mana said, with a nod, and then she said. "I will leave you to sleep! See you!" Mana said, with walking to the door.

"Oh, he will, if he ever decides to mess around with me again. I'll get my yami to sneak a Britney Spears CD into his collection or something," Malik said, laying down on the bed yet again. "'Night, Mana. Or I guess it's closer to morning now..."

"Oh, okay. Good morning, then!" Mana said, with walking out and then she closed the door to his room, walking happily to her bed--the couch.
